Shipping (aka Getting the Good Stuff to You)

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your package leaves my hands, it’s on its way to you as fast as the postal folks will take it.

Warm Weather Heads Up ☀️

Some of my products — like Ink Stick, Lip Balm, Farmer’s Friend, Forest Familiar, Garden Charm, and Uckempucky — are made with natural oils and butters. That means when temperatures rise… things can get a little soft.

While I do my best to package everything with care, I can’t guarantee products won’t soften or melt during transit in warmer months.

👉 If your order arrives soft:

• Pop it in a cool place or the fridge

• Let it firm back up

• It’ll still work just as beautifully

Texture may change slightly, but the goodness inside stays the same.
